To take advantage of this Offer, purchasers must attend a 90-minute timeshare sales presentation introducing the Resort and meet the terms and qualifications below. If at the time of your visit to Breckenridge, Colorado you fail to meet the qualifications and conditions listed below, Developer will charge you the difference between the purchase price and the actual retail value of this Offer.
All reservation requests are subject to availability of accommodations and presentation times. Peak season, weekend or holiday visits should be reserved as soon as possible. A holiday surcharge will apply from December 22 – January 5. A minimum of 30 days notice is required for initial reservation, rescheduling, or cancellation. Within 10 business days of making your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation indicating your arrival date, presentation date and time. Developer reserves the right to change presentation date and time prior to your arrival date.
Please note that the actual costs the Developer incurs to secure your reservation is much greater than the purchase price for this Offer; therefore, you will be responsible for charges incurred by Developer as a result of a late cancellation or rescheduling of your reservation. Charges may range from a one-time $89 cancellation fee to $450 per night if cancellations or changes are requested within 30 days of the travel date. All changes/cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid additional charges.
Terms & Qualifications
- Purchasers must be creditworthy homeowners and be gainfully employed with a combined current, verifiable, minimum household annual income of $75,000. If married, both husband and wife must attend the presentation together. If cohabitating couples wish to take advantage of this offer, both parties must participate in the sales presentation together. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to attend the sales presentation. Children ages 2-12 may attend on-site daycare during the sales presentation on specified days.
- This Offer includes one (1) room of accommodations only and is not valid in connection with any other promotional offer. The Offer is designed for a single family. Applicable occupancy restrictions depend on the unit type reserved. Please specify the number of adults and children traveling with you when making a reservation request. No groups are permitted. A group is defined as more than one affiliated couple/family traveling together on separate promotional offers. No pets allowed, except for those assisting persons with disabilities. All other charges, sales taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and are not included in this Offer. Accommodations have a retail value of up to $650 per night based on unit type and season of travel. Purchasers shall receive a minimum of one $100 dining/activity certificate for use at participating locations or a gift of equal or greater value upon completion of the 90-minute timeshare sales presentation.
- Vacation package holders may make reservations by calling Valdoro Marketing, LLC customer service at 1-800-673-8082. Additional nights are subject to availability. Rates for additional nights vary by unit type and season. Developer reserves the right to substitute a comparable accommodation of the same room type and in the same general vicinity in the event the accommodation Purchaser initially reserved is not available.
- Participants of a Developer sales presentation within the last 18 months, current Valdoro Mountain Lodge and Hilton Grand Vacation Club owners, and employees of Developer or Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC are ineligible for this promotion.
Developer has the right to change promotion qualifications and components at any time without prior notice, but such changes shall not affect the rights of any party who has previously committed to participate in this promotion. This is an advance purchase vacation package and expires one full year from the vacation package purchase date. Travel must be completed prior to the package expiration date.
As a courtesy to our clients, Developer allows you 14 days from the date of your purchase to review this Offer. If for any reason during that period you are dissatisfied with your vacation package, call Valdoro Marketing, LLC customer service to obtain a full refund. After your 14-day review period expires, this package becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Participation in this Offer does not obligate you to purchase a timeshare interest at Valdoro Mountain Lodge, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club Resort.
